Shipping is done via UPS. ALL Tony Robbins orders ship UPS and can only be shipped to a physical address. USPS will only be used for APO/AEO address.

P.O. box addresses will ship via UPS provided the shipping address matches the billing address. UPS will send a post card to the P.O. box and the customer will need to pick-up the package at the UPS center. Signature and identification required.

Canadian shipping options are Canada Ground or Canda Expedited. Canada Expedited includes a brokerage fee of around $30-$40 U.S. Where as Ground will be required to pay this fee at the time of delivery. This does not include any other taxes or import fees the buyer is responsible for. Please contact your local customs department for import tax rates.

Refunds will be accepted for complete merchandise within 45 days of product purchase date. All refunds must be requested by email to customercare@lifesproducts.com . Buyer pays all related shipping costs.
